At Belitors Store, we aim to provide clear and detailed shipping information to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free.

Processing Time & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on your shipping destination. To calculate your exact shipping charges, simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total order amount.

Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time) excluding U.S. Postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* during regular seasons; longer during holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We charge a flat rate for shipping, and you can order as many items as you like without paying more than the standard shipping cost.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* for domestic orders (shipping time may vary during holidays)

Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners work to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen or uncontrollable factors, such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Missing apartment, building, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order all the way to your doorstep! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn’t working right away, it might mean the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet. Once it’s in their system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

Multiple Items in One Order
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to get them to you faster. You may receive one item before the others, so don’t worry if your order arrives in separate packages—they’re on their way!

Missing Order Confirmation
If you haven’t received any confirmation emails, it’s possible you entered your email address incorrectly. We send multiple emails throughout the order process, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping confirmation. Please contact us to correct your email address if needed.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to ship to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
We offer shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are delivered via DHL Global Mail, then handed off to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive, and tracking information may be limited for security reasons once the package enters the military mail system.
