Refund and Returns Policy

At Belitors Store, we prioritize your satisfaction and are here to help if something goes wrong with your order. Please review the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Refunds and Reprints
We will offer a refund or reprint at no additional cost if:

  • The product is defective or flawed.
  • There is a design error, meaning the design differs from what was provided on our site.
  • The product received is not the same as ordered (e.g., wrong type, size).

What to Do?
If you need a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To help us process your request, send the following information to [email protected]:

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • A picture of the wrong or damaged item received

Once we evaluate your request, we will process it within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days.

Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective item, there is no need to return it to us. In this case, we will issue a refund, which you can expect within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive delivery, or not picking up the package as requested).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, delays caused by natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but lost after delivery).
  • The item received matches the description provided.

Order Cancellations
Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation. A management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will apply to any cancellations. After 24 hours, the item will begin production, and we will not be able to cancel the order.

Refund Timeline

  • Paypal Accounts: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Accounts: Refunds may take 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Exchange Timeline

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.

Compensation (Points or Coupons)
Points or coupons will be issued within 1-2 business days if applicable.

Repair Timeline
Repairs will be completed within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless we sent the wrong size. For issues like printing problems, we will handle everything for you. Please contact us first before sending anything back, as returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  • Finally, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
